“This is why students get fed up… read this.”

This school really expects a piece of paper and some tape to control what people do, especially when I’m paying $20,000 to be here. I walked into the canteen and saw that sign stuck all over the microwave like it was some restricted machine, and a staff member told me I wasn’t allowed to use it because of popcorn. It felt a bit over the top.
I don’t agree with the way it was handled, but I still ended up making the popcorn anyway. I just don’t think a simple sign should outweigh common sense or the fact that students are paying to be there.
It can feel like some people in minor positions of authority take things too far sometimes, even when it’s just something as basic as using a microwave.May be an image of text that says 'D 12:00 福 NO POPCORN ALLOWED. THE PRESET BUTTON IS DEACTIVATED. DO NOT RE-PLUG THIS UNIT. VIOLATORS REPORTED. WILL BE S PLUG REMOVED U'
