I got home and found all my groceries just dumped outside. Bags on the concrete, drinks sitting on the ground, everything scattered like it didn’t matter at all. No effort, no care.
What really annoyed me is I had messaged them asking to wait because I was literally minutes away. Still, no call, no text, just a quick doorbell ring and they disappeared. By the time I pulled up, my food was basically on display for anyone walking by.
I’m not expecting luxury service, but at least handle it like it’s someone’s groceries, not a pile of trash. It’s such a simple thing to do properly, and the fact that they couldn’t even manage that is what made it so frustrating.
