Today is my tenant’s move-in day and she immediately called complaining about the garage being messy. She asked if I was coming to clean it I said no. Then she asked if I was sending someone still no. The rest of the house is spotless, it’s just the garage! I told her if it bothers her that much, she can clean it or hire someone to do it.
