Got a $1,500 quote to re-sheet this ceiling and I’m having a hard time understanding it.
It looks like a fairly simple job on the surface—installing boards over the existing structure—so the price feels steep to me.
The contractor clearly didn’t agree when I questioned it.
Am I missing something about the complexity here, or does this seem overpriced?
